It's always great to hear about local success stories, and we're excited to be featured among good company in Ipswich First's article "Five businesses taking Ipswich to the world".

As recent recipients of Advance Queensland Ignite Idea's $100,000 grant, we were able to create new technology, enabling the production of our exciting new long format clay bricks. This new product has been well received by tradesmen and architects alike, and will increase our prescence even more in the flourishing Japanese market.

The Ignite Ideas fund helps commercialise market ready innovative ideas that will create jobs, help Queensland compete in global markets, and grow Queensland's reputation.

Our continuing prescence both in Japan and elsewhere internationally will be overseen by Dr Allan Andersen, who recently retired as Claypave's General Manager. Allan brings with him over 35 years of industry experience and in depth knowledge of markets in Japan, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
